Fortnite PS4 graphics error?

I have a PS4 Pro and if I play Fortnite and look at a mountain then at some corners and edges are funny black stripes that move.

I think it has something to do with the sun.

Why is that? So it does not really bother me playing but still I want to know why that is!

On some televisions sometimes such stripes appear. Could it be because of that?

Looks to nem bug from the game make you no head you can't your console for nothing

Actually, not for other games is everything as it should be
