I had some other problems with my computer besides the rather poor performance. Among them: My computer crashes several times a week, some games gave me the error message when I tried to start them that I still needed DirectX version 11 or higher and especially Fortnite, but Dauntless also crashed frequently. And after reading the internet after a long research about someone whose problems were identical to mine and who also spoke about the problems that came up because his graphics card was defective, I did not hesitate to inquire about a new graphics card.
I think my previous video card was known as the XFX Ghost R7800. I then exchanged these for the Sapphire RX 590.
After the exchange (at least I tried) to delete the driver of the old graphics card and downloaded the driver for the new video card. I then eagerly tried to start Apex Legends (one of the games where the error message appeared). But the error message still came up. So I updated my Windows 10, tried to download the driver again and downloaded the said DirectX version. And although this graphics card should even be able to play DirectX version 12, the error message remained.
Frustrated, I decided to play other games. To be precise, the "Clone Drone in the Danger Zone" and Fortnite. These went wonderfully. Much smoother than before and I could also set higher graphics settings. Without stuttering. It was like this for half a week. Because then the games started to run even worse than before. Even so bad that I now prefer to keep my hands off these two games and besides that Fortnite and my computer started to crash regularly.
Could also be due to your pc.
So I had a problem with my graphics card because everything went wonderfully apart from the games and programs that needed some performance. I had a clocking error (Gigabyte RTX 2070 OC Windforce) and sent it in and everything went fine again Maybe you should contact support
What do you mean exactly?
With such diverse problems, I would simply set up the system from scratch. Your error description does not provide enough information to name a specific error.
