Probably your cell phone is too old or too bad that fortnite simply can't do it properly. It helps to put the graphics down and if not then there's no other way

Fortnite is a very very graphics intensive game that demands a lot on the graphics card and the RAM.
Personally, I wouldn't stick to playing Fortnite on my phone, since PUBG is almost as bad as it gets, and of course every smartphone sweats a lot with such games.
I therefore recommend playing Fortnite on the computer instead of the cell phone. If you generally have a weaker device (cell phone) then please uninstall Fortnite so that it will not be subject to technical errors on your cell phone.
