And although I got my PC 9 months ago and everything went great I had 200 fps and my textures were loaded in fortnite but after 9 months my PC is spinning, I have (only) 90 fps and my textures are loaded not at all in the game. Do you have a tip on how I can get my PC running properly again so that it is like it used to be

This is actually relatively normal, the SSD is probably not as "empty" as it was 9 months ago, so your PC is a little slower

Somehow there should be n Windows characters. If it's full, it's no wonder it slows down.

C is mostly the company hard drive, so that's fine. I would just make sure that everything is up to date.
So graphic driver is up to date what else is there?
