FORTNITE: Why don't I hear my teammates and why am I thrown out of every match?

I've been playing fortnite for a year, but now I suddenly can't speak and I can't hear my teammates.

I play on my cell phone and also had no problems. I didn't need any headphones to talk.

but not only that I don't hear anything and I can't speak, I'm thrown out of every match WHY?

Internet?

Maybe because you set the voice chat to group (if the friends in your group are at stake)?
