Voice chat with Switch does not work. Can someone

(Switch) I haven't been able to talk to others in fortnite for a while. In the settings, I can no longer turn on voice chat (i.e. It is not displayed to me) and when I go to voice chat via +, only voice chat deactivated is displayed and I can't fix it. Does anyone have a solution?

See if you have Push to Talk. If so, you have to put on the microphone. As soon as you tell it, it could also be a parental control and your parents have turned off the voice chat. It could also be a bug, but probably the one with the parental controls
