Ps4 Pro Neo Versa Pack?

My parents bought it from Versa pack, then I have problems with the game / something changes or nothing changes on the console. I know that you get that as a code but don't know whether it will change my console and is Fortnite already on it or do I have to install it? LG and normal comments please thank you!

You have to install the game yourself of course and because of the code nothing changes on the console
