Why are there less VBUCKS with me if I bought the same ps4?

I got last night 22August At Saturn A Ps4 brought to it, there was a Fortnite Bundle with the Neo Versa Skin a Backbling and 500 Vbucks the same model now I have looked up the Internet and have seen that in the same set 2000Vbucks here are (2k V- Bucks)

Can be because you have to do tasks

Look if what is on the ps4 on the skin or any slip over the skin and so there's vlt vbucks if not I would replace it at saturn
