Fortnite hacked, support can't do anything?
I noticed a long time ago that I was hacked in Fortnite. Someone changed the password 5 times, but I could always change it back. Now he came back in even though I have a different password and 2Fa. That can't be?! I wrote to the EPic games support and they changed my email address so that it no longer comes in. However, I had a strange incident this morning. I had 2960 vbucks instead of 960 Vbucks and the 800 Vbucks skin crystal was removed from my locker. However, I did not load any Vbucks and I also had no return tickets. Does anyone have any tips or does anyone know if I can somehow deny them access? I found out that this person comes from Berlin because he also hacked my email account, but I immediately switched on 2 Fa there, security code etc.
What can I do to get this person away? I reported the incident to google and they wrote me to change my email password but it still manages to get in.

If he has installed a keylogger you can play the game 100 more times. I would put the PC in your place again, sry…
Change the password of each of your accounts, especially your email address.
If the person has seized your email account, he can calmly reset all of your accounts and also seize them.

If he still has access to one of your accounts, you have no choice but to set up your PC again. As "whgoffline" wrote, it could be that a keylogger has been installed.
Alternatively, you could go to the police and file a complaint against unknown if you have his IP address, jackpot, unless he uses VPN xD
