Fortnite Account hacked Vbucks refund?

My fortnite account was hacked by a "friend" who is no longer my friend. He stole my cell phone and logged in via ps4, and spent my entire 5000 vbucks! He bought presents with it, whatever…

Can Epic Games refund the vbucks to me? Or would they do it?

No against something you should protect your phone with eg fingerprint
