I don't know much about computers, I looked at a few and found it extremely interesting.

This is supposed to be a Christmas present for my son, as far as I know he mainly plays games like Fortnite.
For heaven's sake no!
The PC has an AMD FX 8320 as a processor. This is a very old processor, which still has an old processor socket. Unfortunately, he only uses the slower memory called "DDR3". But there's already DDR4. In addition, the power consumption is enormous from the FX (125Watt, compared to the newer and considerably stronger AMD Ryzen 1600 only 65Watt).
The graphics card is a mid-range GTX 1050Ti, Fortnite would only be medium or partially high, but never ultra.
In my place I would look for a PC with the following specifications:
Graphics card: Geforce GTX 1660 / Geforce GTX 1060 6GB / AMD RX 580 8GB / AMD RX 590 8GB
Processor: The best is a Ryzen processor, e.g. Ryzen 1600 or Ryzen 2600
RAM I would use at least 16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
So, you can definitely do something with it, but the PC has an old FX processor built in (the overheated ones like to speak from experience) which will not work for long. The graphics card is okay enough for the Parr games, but if I had the choice I would wait until summer or later and save a little up to 300 - 400 euro and put together a good PC from someone there are many options that are also future-proof are there as you can upgrade the new AMD CPUs.

Do you think it would be possible to get a PC for maybe a maximum of 400 euro?
It's just on the border. I have two links here. One link leads to a "test video" where Fortnite would work on the 400 euro PC (So roughly estimated) and the second link leads to the "HardwareDealz" page. He is a YouTuber and always tries to find the best value for money

The PC looks pretty good, but what I'm concerned with is the graphics card, because as far as I know Amd Redeon was not meant to be played or it was supposed to be a GTX.
Your son won't be happy with that. In order to be able to play current titles on Full HD with Ultra settings, you have to put down 700+ euro. From around 520 euro there's something useful (new).
So 500 euro, you get something nice
In terms of performance, 500 euro looks much better.

I will inquire a little more, thank you and the others here for your help.
With pleasure.
