Fortnite PS4 account on switch?

Is it possible to log into Fortnite on the Nintendo Switch with a Fortnite account created on PS4?

I can indeed create several switch accounts and thus have several Fortnite accounts on a switch, but I can also sign up with a PS4 account?

If your PS4 and Nintendo Switch account is the same (same name & same email address) then yes.
