Fortnite problems connecting to other accounts?

As it says in the title I have a problem with other accounts to link allegedly my account of the psn is already connected but I have connected him with no other. There's then, only the account is already connected but what I did not do because I have only created an Epic account and wanted to connect it but it did not work out.
