Highendpc performance problems?

I hope someone can help me. I recently bought a high-end pc that plays the games really well when you are in the game even though there are occasional framedrops at 90-100fps. It should consistently manage fortnite with 144fps but every now and then the fps go down regardless of the setting. In addition, after the pc has started up quickly, I always have to wait 10 hours until I can open google. In my opinion, nothing can be done about that. I also have a pretty good PC and still don't get 144 FPS in MINECRAFT even though the load is not even 1%.

Do you have windows. Installed on the ssd, and because of Chrome it can be that too. That takes so long because it is possibly on the hdd, and how fast is the RAM, it may be a bit slow
