Switch Fortnite Email?

For my Epic account with items worth over 300 euro I used an email that has been deleted a little longer, someone knows how I can move my account to another email or get the account back.

That can probably tell you their support.

So you can change your email but you need the one with which you created the account otherwise I don't think so.
