Transfer Fortnite account to switch?

I got a Nintendo Switch for Christmas and wanted to know if I could play with my Fortnite account from the mobile phone on the switch without losing anything. Have previously played on the phone and now want to play with the same account on the switch. Is that possible? Or you have to create a new account for the switch?
