Fortnite question 2fa?

Hello I'm trying to be longer on the 2fa on the epic games site but I just can't log in properly with my account and can't do the 2fa because it says I have to verify myself

Verifying means that you first have to go to your email address and confirm that you want to have your account on epic. Only then you can create a security level to your email and then confirm it in your email. Then you should be ready.
