Fortnite account was hacked what should I do?

My Fortnite account was hacked epic replied that I should give my information but now they do not answer but the account owner (hacker) wrote to me and asked 200 euro but because of a Fortnite account I'm 200 euro to give (I'm 13) not stupid how long do I have to wait and you had the same problem

If you have access to the email everything is fine. Go to the epochal page and log in. Enter your email and forgot your password.
