Fortnite account on PC and PS4?

I'm currently playing Fortnite on the PC. Would like to change soon but on PS4 how exactly should go I have Google questions. What I did not find unfortunately…

What name is there taken? (from my epic account or from my PSN?)
What if I want to play PC again? Can I log in again via the launcher and continue playing with the same account? Speak, can I, as I'm funny, switch between PS4 and PC?

Of course, if you connect your PS4 account to your Epic Games account, you can switch from PS4 to PC anytime. PS4 and PC are then connected and in sync. This means that you can simply log in via the launcher on the PC and simply switch. And then just back to the PS4. When you play PS4, your Play Station name is taken.
