This is quite simply theft. If you have not properly protected your account it can be viewed as negligent but does not change the fact.

If you haven't given him the password. If he guessed the password or "hacked" it or whatever, then yes.
In such situations, simply change the password.
If the questioner has given the person the password, it no longer falls under Section 202a StGB
