Delete Fortnite ps4?

When I delete fortnite on my playstation (created on the ps4 account)

Do I still have the account with all items when I make it on the PC?

Download it to the PC first and try it out before deleting it on the Ps4. For my friends, it worked in two of two cases, that everything was also available on the PC. (new stats are created)
