Epic games security code bug?

Hey people my Fortnite account was hacked when I want to sign up for epic games Should I enter a security code that is allegedly sent to my email but nothing is coming into epic games now. Can someone help please your best regards

Only ps4 but since I'm rausgekickt constantly because the person logs in constantly otherwise I come nowhere

Then simply write the support with your email, they will ask you only questions about the certification, to make sure that you are the account holder.
