Epic Games games bug?

Moin, I get this error code every time (see picture). Now I could just start fortnite but always have fps drops to 30 fps. I uninstalled the nvidia graphics driver and reinstalled it, it could have something to do with it or because I installed the driver incorrectly somewhere. In short, but I'm not a professional: Reinstall the graphics card driver (as you said) and since that doesn't help then the game and if that doesn't work, ask support or game-related forums or PC-related forums
