Fortnite weird graphics bug, do you have a solution?

I have had extremely blurry images in Fortnite for a long time. (SEE IMAGE)
Both when standing and walking, it sometimes looks like the picture, which also really hurts in the eyes.
Resolution: 2560x1440
Graphics card: RTX 2080
Have you ever had that? If so, what can you do?

It's funny because it only happens at night in the game. When it is light everything looks normal

I've figured it out myself now. This always happens when someone has used a Rift Fish in Party Royal mode. The spot then remains permanently out of focus when it is dark.
