Fortnite Audio Bug?

I got my new headset before a pair of tags. The headset worked but I could not talk to the VoiceChat in Fortnite. But I could hear my friends. I've been able to fix the problem, but now it's the other way around, Voice Chat with my friends, but I can't hear them. Does anyone have any idea how to fix the bug? Here is a picture of how I connected my headset. I also see the sign that they are talking.

I've already answered that question too often.
So you have to open the sound settings on your PC - select audio - select your device and right-click the device.
Then you press "delete data" and if it worked, you have to restart your PC.
Then you connect the HS again and let it install.
Now it should go again.

Do I have to turn off the headset from the PC at the beginning? And what should I install again? And is that as tricky as I've connected it?

Actually, the connectors are from the front of the PC.
