How is this gaming pc in terms of values?

The price is 575 euro (it was worth 799 euro) ONLY want to play Fortnite and Fifa… (am a beginner and therefore don't want to spend a lot on a pc) also I don't know my way around such pcs, but I would like one. I have a 144 HZ AOC monitor my goal is to get over 80 fps in Fortnite… Possible?
