My problem is when I play Fortnite, FPS drops.

I have a constant 160-230fps, but every 30-40 seconds my FPS drops down to 40-60fps and rises again, the FPS drops are only there for 1 second.

What can it possibly be?

Cu

Your hard drive could be broken.

ha

Very easily.

Either you have no drivers installed, e.g. For the GraKa, or temperatures are too high.

See if your PC is dusty, if so, clean it and install all drivers if you haven't done it yet.

I installed all the drivers on the PC, I install my drivers over the Nvidia Geforce Experience, think that's best.

Windows updates are also on it.

ha

Well.

It can't be because of that.
So, if the temps are normal, then see if your PC is running in power-saving mode, this could also throttle the performance.

I have my "main" games all on SSD (C), in this case it is the game Fortnite which is on SSD.

I usually don't see any problems with the hard drive, what can be a more efficient way of checking this?
