Can anyone help me with FPS Drops in battles? It's always when I fight and in big cities too. It drops from 144 FPS to 80-100 FPS and it's not playable because you can feel the drops so hard. My temperatures are all okay (GPU and CPU are never more than 70 degrees)

The problem is your CPU this only has 4 cores and 4 threads. If ma plays with Vsync off the CPU load is faster than you think and if it jerks it can be very important that your lame cpu runs to the limit and thus then your FPS violently drop.
