When I open the Epic Games Launcher, it's just black with some dark gray fields, where normally The installed games will be displayed. However, there are none and the launcher does not react either. I've uninstalled Epic games and Fortnite and re-installed Epic Games a couple of times, but nothing changes. When I log in to Epic Games on the internet, it says that Fortnite is owned. I actually had several games installed on Epic, but they are not displayed. It also states that none of my friends are online, and I had a lot and at least one was always online. It's all gone after I got my new video card. I have also invested money in the game, so a new account for me is out of the question.
I'm really desperate and ask for quick help! D
Try to clear the cache, that helped me if the launcher has displayed only white image. Simply delete complete webcache folder.
C: \ Users * \ AppData \ Local \ EpicGamesLauncher \ Saved \ webcache \
Launcher is just rubbish, you can't expect much as much as they are.
