Can you download Fortnite to the PC without the Epic Games Launcher (vtl .exe file?) I don't have the administrator fingerprint and password to install the epic games launcher. My father is on vacation and allows it, but doesn't tell me the password, because otherwise I can install everything and he has to change the password when he's back. Unfortunately, epic doesn't have to be open in the background. Vl you can do it like that by messing with epic so to speak, but only the specialists here can answer that
As far as I know you can only play the game via the Epic Games Launcher and install it, but I would also like to be instructed.
As far as I know, Fortnite can't be downloaded without Epicgameslauncher. But that would not work anyway, since you have to enter this password for every file that you execute.
