How can Epic Games setup run again?

I recently deleted a hard drive partition because it was not variable and its volume could not be expanded. It was a logical partition.
The EpicGames launcher was still there, which I accidentally did not uninstall beforehand.

Now this still exists as a program (allegedly with about 90 MB), can't be uninstalled and an installer setup does not work either.
The following is output for both actions: "Invalid drive: F: \"
I already know that this drive letter no longer exists, but how do I explain this to the setup wizard?

Here is the message from the launcher setup (I hope it works that way):

How can Epic Games setup run again

I need help very urgently because I can't use my second GTA account without Epic and can't use the other games (no Fortnite, don't worry). How do I repair the installation without resetting my system or similar?

That is why you should ALWAYS make backups.
Since this has been preached for decades… 🤷♂️

I know, I know that I don't know… But that doesn't help me now either. Is there no other way to get the setup going again?

Ja

Simply create a partition with the same drive letter. So simple that you can't even think of it. I have now created drive "F", of course the system will now find drive "F" which it is looking for. I just wonder why it only works on this one partition? A logical partition, of all things. Somehow you have to be able to change that…
