Fortnite random mail?

Yesterday I received a Fortnite account from a good friend who is not FA! This means that the e-mail was not from him but it is a random mail, so I can't change a name and change any email etc. Does jmd have any idea how to get full access for such an account?

Fortnite page → Log in → click on "Your name" → Account → Scroll down → Apply for account deletion → and you're done
