Fortnite Battle Pass is not arriving?

I sent the Battle Pass to my brother. I paid with a PSN card. The message "successfully sent" also appeared.

But then had to find out that the Battle Pass did not arrive. Money was withdrawn but no trace of the Battle Pass. Does anyone know what happened there?

If I want to send the Battle Pass again, the message appears that the player already has the Battle Pass.

I reported to the support 3 days ago but so far there has been no response.

Maybe someone has the same problem?

Maybe you accidentally sent it to another player or another brother's acc.
