Fortnite Level Stops?

I have been playing the latest Fortnite and am currently at level 100. But somehow I can't get to the next level. Is that supposed to be the case or is it just not working for me anymore?

I ask for an explanation and thank you in advance!

Since Chapter 2 it goes up to level 500

Because you don't have a Battlepass it doesn't go higher than 100. Everything about it is only for Battlepass skin styles anyway.
