Can't take part in Fortnite Cash Cups?

As you can read in the title, under the cups, e.g. Solo Cup with cash prizes, I have not yet qualified for participation. But that's not really true, because I'm in the Champion Division, which you have to be in for that. Now the question why is that? I meet all entry requirements… And Epic Games Support is too incompetent.

If you are in the Champions League, it is because you usually have to register online as far as I know or there are usually several rounds and you have to be there from the first time.
