Laags after streaming in Fortnite?

After streaming on YouTube with OBS my ping is 5-10 worse and it feels like a 50 ping e.g. When I pick up guns.

Have a 100k line with 40k upload and a 4500 bit rate set so the problem shouldn't come from there, do you have any ideas why that is?

By the way, I stream on a gaming notebook with an i5 and a gtx 1050 ti

Why only ne 4500 bitrate when your internet is so fast you use a cable or Wi-Fi?

LAN cable and wlan make no difference to me somehow and a 4500 bitrate was recommended to me
