it sounds like an extremely weak system… Games like gta 5 or tomb raider 2013 run at 80fps (gta to 60) on high (gta low) settings so it's not a garbage pc… Fortnite also runs on 120 on medium so do not underestimate (tomb raider 2013 has the same engine as rottr)

Fortnite has no claims, GTA 5 a little, a 2013 game either.
The CPU is just over the minimum requirements and the Graka a bit more.
Expect to be low at 20-30FPS.
