You now know that your CPU is really bad and every 40-60 euro Ryzen 1200 or similar plays the thing on the wall.
Otherwise, buy a Ryzen 2600 for 120 euro and it's good. You probably have a mainboard.

Ok, thanks, i feel a little bit screwed. Usually have around 130 FPS with FreeSync but the still images get on my nerves.
You should easily achieve 145-160 FPS WITHOUT Vsync Durch (through monitor), of course Freesync goes above 60, 75Hz or FPS
