In the two games you should now have no lags… Is a video driver installed? You can find this on the AMD website.
That happens sometimes.
On what settings do you play? For example, R6 looks very good on medium settings.

These are all undemanding games that every toaster can- did you install the video drivers? If so, MC should run at 700 fps. For me with about 900, but with Limiter.
