Is that a bottle leak?

Hello I sometimes have fps drops in Fortnite I wanted to ask if it is because my CPU is much better than my gpu I have the Intel Core i9 9900k and a GeForce Nvidia 1650 Gaming x my e GPU is at 70 to 80 percent of the performance during Fortnite my cpu at 30 to 35 percent is that a strong bottle leak and does this cause the drops? Which GPU should I buy so that there's no bottle leaking anymore? Is the 3070 an option?

With a 1650 not in a billion years, the bottleneck is more likely to be the graphics card. Even with a 3070, it would not be from the Cpu side

The 1650 is definitely a bottleneck. The i9900k is a very powerful CPU.
