Yes I'm a Fn kiddie, I currently only have 60fps in Fortnite on low settings, no matter how bad I still do them, the fps are capped to 165fps and even if I go epic on almost everything it is still with 60 fps I have probably In another program that is captured, someone knows how to undo the whole thing or where it comes from

Of course you have no input lag without VSync - but screen tearing if you only have 60Hz and no FreeSync or GSync - naturally looks modest.
I have vsync off and it probably helps because they don't drop below 60
