Fortnite not more fps despite graphics down?

Hi, I have a problem". And although I have at Fortnite Epic settings without shadows 60fps. Only if I turn off all graphic settings so everything is at minimum except View distance I still have 60fps. There's no fps limit in Fortnite. Cpu I5 8300H Gpu gtx 1050ti. How do I get more fps when I turn down the graphics settings.
