Normally, the card must have semi-passive fans that only switch on at a temperature of 62 ° C.
Go to the gigabyte page and then top right on Aorus and search for a graphics card from any one and download the software "Aorus Engine" and install it. There you can set the fans to Semi Passive (Auto).
