Dragon Center does not recognize gta 5 as a game and Bistro does not recognize it when I start it?

What can I do. I'm desperate. My Ryzen 7 3700x runs at 2.2ghz when I start gta. With e.g. Fortnite then boosts it to 4.2 GHz.

Throw Dragon Center down. The program is pure rubbish.
Otherwise: disable things like the game mode or the performance modes of Dragon Center and let your Ryzen 7 3700X run at standard clock

Uninstall Dragon Center, restart the PC and try again.
Then there shouldn't be any problems. 2.2 Ghz sounds like energy saving mode. Which energy profile did you choose in Windows?
