Many thanks for all the answers I need the oc mainly for fortnite, because I'm active in the pro player scene and was able to dust several meals with a ps4 prize money and it is slowly time to play with more than 2 fps. And I want to stream from time to time and do yt videos but that is rather secondary.
First PC is better, only the price is important. How much do the two cost?
For Fortnite alone, the AMD system does it in my opinion. When it comes to streaming and recording, in addition to a good internet line, good memory is also necessary (SSD is enough here) and a good processor and RAM, I would definitely recommend at least 16 GB RAM. But don't hesitate to get other opinions

Definitely take the first system. There the better graphics card is installed and also 16 GB RAM.
With the second, I would install 16 gb ram anyway
