I mainly want to be able to play, homeschool and sometimes stream with it.
In Fortnite it should create 240 FPS on low settings and 1080p, and as I said, I would like to sometimes stream and record the game via OBS (also in 240 FPS, if possible)
So which components should I buy (graphics card, processor)

Streaming at 240fps will definitely not work.
You could record at 240fps, but it eats up a lot of memory.
Do you have a monitor that has 240Hrz?
Without the right monitor, this will definitely not work.

Yep, if he only has a 60hz monitor it can play on a budget pc like me.

Yes, that's why I want 240 FPS
is not bad because of the streaming, if only then would stream 2-3 times a month anyway.
