The term suggests a system optimized for gaming, or at least a system that is primarily designed for gaming.
Neither applies.
Offering a PC with GT 710 in 2020 is probably the most ridiculous thing I've seen this year. Please stay away from such sellers!

An i5 2400 may be outdated, but with a GTX 1050ti (4GB) you can still play a few less demanding games. Preferably less than FullHD), e.g. At a native resolution of 1680x1050 (16:10).
The GT 710 is a very old graphics card for pure 2D desktop operation and absolutely not suitable for any 3D games. (=> "GT": Desktop / "GTX": Games)
The part was only designed as a better replacement for a CPU-internal graphics solution. (=> i5 2400: "Intel HD Graphics 2000").
