I have in front of me to buy a PC, because I can't spend much money I have before me on Ebay used parts to buy and then assemble the same. I have a bit of a clue about the hardware. Now I found the following bundle at Ebay Classifieds for 150 euro.

-Asus P8Z69-V Intel z68 Sun. 1155 Dual channel DDr3 atx retail

graphic card asus eah6950
Are these parts compatible and is it enough to play games like Fortnite / Pubg? Can you tell me if it is worth the money, or which parts you should exchange to achieve better performance?

The 6950 is pretty thin and the CPU has been around for a long time, but it's good.

The CPU is for GPUs up to about GTX 1060 or RX 570. Then the mouse is out.
For 150 euro that's a good deal.
The components are already really old and were not the strongest at the time. You will not be happy with Fortnite and PUBG. If it works at all, then only with the lowest settings and also not liquid.
You definitely need another graphics card if you want to play something on it. I recommend a GTX1050. It is very cheap and you can play your games reasonably well. But please do not expect too much anyway.
But again: For the price really good!
