Save yourself somehow 20 euro and upgrade to 512GB SSD. 240GB are really full very quickly. Always keep in mind that Windows alone needs 50GB.

The question was still what of 3200MHz you should definitely prefer for a Ryzen processor because the architecture of the current amd processors benefits very much from fast RAM. In other words, if you are too tight on RAM, this will cost you performance. You should spend the 10 euro more.
Ryzen benefits from fast RAM, 2666 is very slow and not much cheaper.
