Yes very good. Would only take the GSkill Ripjaws RAM since the Aegis is not supposed to be very good.
I'm not 100% sure right now, but I think 450 mainboards are compatible with Ryzen 3600 but only after a BIOS update, which you have to do with an older processor. Better look for a 550 motherboard

Nope, that's not entirely true. MSI has invented motherboards with AMD 400 series chipsets with the MAX behind them. These support Ryzen 3000 series CPUs without BIOS / UEFI update.
